Welcome to Underscore Travel. By using this website and engaging in our travel planning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Underscore Travel is a luxury travel design studio offering elevated, concierge-style planning services. These include complimentary hotel bookings, à la carte travel consulting, and full-service itinerary design. All services are customized and delivered by Underscore Travel as an independent affiliate of Fora Travel.

2. Booking Terms

Complimentary hotel bookings are arranged through preferred partner networks and may include VIP amenities when available.

À la carte and full-service planning may include personalized research, reservations, and itinerary guidance. Specific deliverables will be outlined before beginning any service.

Underscore Travel does not book airfare unless expressly stated and is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees for itinerary design and à la carte planning will be shared in advance.

Payment is due before final itineraries or reservations are delivered unless otherwise agreed.

Complimentary hotel bookings do not include a planning fee; however, a valid credit card is required to secure reservations and is subject to the hotel’s own cancellation policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate traveler information, including legal names, preferences, and contact details.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure passport validity, destination entry requirements, and travel advisories are reviewed prior to departure.

Underscore Travel is not responsible for missed flights, denied entry, or issues resulting from incomplete documentation or unmet travel requirements.

5. Changes & Cancellations

All hotel cancellation policies are determined by the individual property.

Requesting changes to confirmed services or itineraries may incur additional fees and cannot always be guaranteed.

If you need to cancel a planning service, please notify Underscore Travel as soon as possible.

Refunds for planning fees are not guaranteed once work has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

Underscore Travel is not responsible for the actions or performance of third-party suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or activity partners. While we strive to work with trusted vendors, all travel involves inherent risks and participation is at your own discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Client information is collected strictly for the purpose of providing travel planning services. Your information will never be sold or shared outside of the booking process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, images, copy, and design—is the property of Underscore Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
